It seemed the veggies were cooked and then sauce added, so the veggies were swimming in sauce. I don't think the bento box was worth it because the spring rolls weren't very good. The salmon was cooked VERY well, though. Also, note for vegetarians or pescaterians, the miso soup they served at the start of the meal was made with chicken broth.
