My husband, who is blind, visited the store today and had such an amazing customer service experience regarding an issue with a previous order. The store really went above and beyond. Not impressed. No sense of urgency. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with zero movement. Pulled back out, decided to go inside. No one inside. Young man behind the counter was courteous and kind. He earned the stars. Apart from that, the drinks were mediocre. Not for his lack of trying, I imagine it was just the drinks we got.
