Resort is beautiful but staff experience has been poor across the board. The bartenders at TJs are unfriendly and very slow (looking at you Steve and Ben) and the entire staff just seemed not to care about the customer experience. Coming from a true five star resort (Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada), this place leaves a lot to be desired, but it's not at all clear that the staff or management care. View all feedback.
