I ordered takeout online. The email response said I'd receive a text when my order was ready for pickup. I waited over an hour and then just went to the restaurant. My order was sitting on a shelf. No notice it was ready. Just sitting there, getting cold. The staff said, Sorry, it's been doing that lately. Ridiculous!
