My experience at Pizza Hut was terrible. We contacted them because our DoorDash delivery did not arrive after we paid with a card. A male manager answered the phone and told us we needed to place a new order and pay again if we wanted our pizza. They refused to give us a refund and did not try to contact DoorDash to resolve the issue. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. View all feedback.
