Ordered a rare steak and Bun Bo Hue pho to go and its pretty underwhelming. The Bun bo hue broth was decent but there's no pork hock included and no pork blood. It had few pieces of thinly sliced beef and its a bit rubbery. All other stuff included sprouts, basil) were looking fresh which is good.
