The atmosphere at Baskin Robbins was delightful, with hot pink chairs adding to the overall cuteness of the place. It was a unique setting that stood out from other Baskin Robbins locations I've been to. Although all the seats were taken when I arrived, the service was good and my cappuccino was delicious. This Baskin Robbins is the worst I have ever been to. Their freezers are set too high, making the ice cream almost like soft serve. Nobody wants to eat ice cream that is already melted. I have brought up this issue multiple times but have not received any response. It seems like they either have weak scoopers or are trying to save on electricity.
