We were greeted as we came in. The guy who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Our order was ready very quickly and correctly (my burrito without beans) The food tasted good and we enjoyed our time in the restaurant. This was my first experience with El Pollo Loco and I was not very satisfied with the food we delivered to us. I ordered an 8-piece family meal on Uber and paid $35 total for burned and dried chicken that had very little taste to them. They forgot the salsa for our chips and the dressing for our salad we ordered. The Mac and the cheese are good, but can definitely taste a lot of butter? I want to try this place again...
