Fish is fresh. Unfortunately the scallops are way to small. The batter needs work. And was filled with oil. Which means, A: they using old oil. Or B: dont change or filter the oil enough.Too much salt to hide the bad taste of old oil.C: was so bad it gave me acid reflux which i only get from fish cooked badly and not cooked at corrct oil temperature.How do i know all this.
