The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection for approximately $25 per person (including tip), featuring smoked salmon and excellent cheeses. We also sampled some of the key dishes: the Alberta bison short rib for $35, the Philly steak for $25, and the chicken caesar salad for $24.
