All that we want is GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE, CLEAN, reasonable Priced and reasonable speed of service... this McDonald's kept that tradition. OTHER THAN the young woman at the window, she just opened the window shoved out our food at shut the window, I said thank BAM!!! shut the window. Last 2 trips there to get breakfast have been terrible. Both times my order was wrong and the last time(4/23/24), I caught it and got a refund. The manager(Esperanza) acted like she didn’t speak English when confronted about the mistakes and did nothing to try and make it right! There is no leadership here!
