I apologize I sent the review to the wrong store. I was at your store November 15 about 5pm. The service always pretty good. But last night the lady making my burger was amazing. I believe she said it was her first day. She made my burger amazing. She put the right amount of mustard and ketchup on it so it wasn't messy. I always thought the nice thing about Harvey's was that the grill was out front and you could actually see your burger being grilled. Which is nice. But the grill is hidden and I swear my burger came out of a heating tray :(How sad. That was the thing Harvey's had above the other fast food places...at least it was freshly cooked.
