I was unable to get gas because it pulled all the money on my card in a hold that did not allow me to even pump gas. This is excessive and made it not possible to pick up my son who was an hour away. So I didn’t get gas AND they took all the money on my card for a possible 5 -7 day wait to get it back, my son is stuck an hour away and I have no way to get him.
