We picked up a bucket of chicken at the Kanata Ontario location. When we got home, we realized the chicken reeked of cigarettes. The smell was unmistakable. My wife returned the bucket and the assistant manager on duty agreed that the chicken smelled like cigarettes. He said he'd hold it aside so that the manager could smell it himself tomorrow.
