On my very first visit. I got plantains and a taco for lunch through takeout. The plantains were burned and when i showed the guy checking me out he insisted they were cooked normal. I went back and forth with him before he got his manager about the issue. Finally i showed them to the manager and he replaced them with freshly cooked plantains.
