Sooo my coffee was burnt but the person with pretty pink hair who met me at the window made my morning. Their smile and genuine friendliness helped me feel valued as a customer. Usualy I get some abrupt person too busy to even smile. I will take 100 of this person over the other. Dont get me wrong they were busy but they didnt ignore the person they were attending to. Kudos. I swear you train these kids to not make eye contact when you’re waiting for your order 15 min for a cold drink is aggressively slow.
