Unaware that they use two pounds of ricotta on the pizzas, I 'm not sure who would enjoy mouthfuls of ricotta in every single bite. But that 's not how other pizza places do it, asked for a pizza to be remade with much less ricotta and I was told id need to pay full price for another pizza and that 's just how they 're made sorry...
