very medium, 1 hour waiting for 3 cold dishes (carpaccio and tartare) and shrimp croquettes too bisque and hyper salted. fries that arrive 9 minutes after the dishes, 9 minutes are short and very long at a time when you start eating. already disappointed during a first test, cold ham after 1h10 wait reported after 15 hot minutes with cold accompaniments.
