The service at this restaurant is exceptional! All the staff are friendly and dedicated. The customer service is so outstanding that even my 9-year-old daughter noticed and wanted to leave a tip! We will definitely be returning and will not be going to the Subway in Hartford. Great job! View all feedback.

We were in the middle of eating our subs and as soon as the clock struck 9 which is apparently their closing time we were told they close and 9 we have to go outside to finish eating they have to lock the doors. I thought that was a bit extreme and out of protocol. I can see of we were finished and then just chit chatting and hanging around bit we were quiet and eating.
