Want to give a shout out to Silver Lake Pizza. I was staying at The Breakers hotel and ordered pizza delivery through Seamless and it arrived cold with no cheese! I was not happy (obviously) so I called Silver Lake Pizza to complain. Silver Lake Pizza apologized, was super nice, and immediately sent me a brand new piping hot pizza with cheese. This has nothing to do with the food. This is strictly about the way I was treated when I walked in today to get a slice of pizza. I was blatantly ignored and when 2 men walked in behind me they were immediately asked “what can I get for you.” The treatment I received was unacceptable, gender should never matter whether that’s in the service industry or anywhere.
