The customer service was superb!Unfortunately, the cake was a major let down. This cake was supposed to be Italian cream cake with strawberries in the middle. We got a strawberry cake with walnuts and coconut and a strawberry preserve in the middle. Not to mention the cake was dense and heavy. To say we were disappointed is a understatement!
