My wife and I stopped into Panera for lunch today. Not too crowded. Counter service was good. Friendly and competent. Our order came out correct.Her Napa Chicken Salad was good, but thin.My spicy chicken breast sandwich and cream of chicken soup were good.We both had Iced Coffee, which was fine. the personal is great, the restaurant is beautiful. my teriyaki chicken bowl was less than great. there was about 1/3 of the bowl full and tasted good, but it looked less than appetit and not even near the picture. standards in restaurant biz are very important and should be adhered to. pictures are what I expected in comparison to what I expected.
