I ordered a fully loaded croissant, and I saw Zach the same guy that was handling the cashier touch My tater tots with his left hand, which did not have a glove was pretty disgusting. I asked nicely if he can give me fresh set of tater tot's, since I saw him clearly touch, my tater tot's with his dirty hand, no gloves, and he refused to give me fresh tater tot's !!!.. What kind of **** is this? Very upsetting. View all feedback.

This location is the closest to me and I have been here often. Tonight was the best service that I have received yet. Staff was amazing, good was fresh, we had a great experience.
Ordered pick up for the first time at BK and was harassed for asking for my drink that came with my meal. There were a couple girls who work there right in hearing distance talking **** about me and saying why is he still here . Terrible service, makes sense why they work here though, lmao.
Avoid the royal crispy chicken wraps. $3 for half a piece of chicken from a sandwich and a squirt of sauce. Shame on you Burker King!!
This place advertises frozen drinks. For a year they haven’t had any. Tonight I ordered halfsies with my order which is half french fries. Half onion rings. I also requested ketchup. I was told they did not have ketchup and then when I looked in my bag, I said these are not halfsies it’s only french fries He then proceeded to tell me they ran out of onion rings earlier. He didn’t mention that when I ordered them and he would’ve let me driven away and found out later. He also didn’t give me a receipt so when I called to complain, the manager couldn’t find the receipt I’m guessing because it was seven dollars cash and it never got rang up and was pocketed, but I wanted my receipt so I could go online to complain because this store is ridiculous. No ketchup, false advertising on what they offer, and then blatant lying on what they offer by their staff. So this is a family owned and operated Burger King so this doesn’t mean you’re getting any better quality or more ethical service it means quite the opposite because the manager on staff was sure to throw her GM under the bus saying he forgot to order ketchup.Check your order before you leave the drive through and ask for a receipt because you won’t get anything you ordered and you’re going to need your receipt later.And after reading all these reviews, you can’t tell me the manager doesn’t know anything about this the manager is the problem pay your staff get a staff number one get a competent staff and then pay them correctly and maybe don’t treat them like dirt because I’m guessing you might considering no one seems to be happy at this location
