Absolutely terrible customer service. Marco (or Matteo or whatever his name was) is very rude when you talk to him on the phone, and gives out erroneous information (he pretends only the expensive coffee sold by their company works with their BUNN coffee machines, or that it would void the warranty). I had some problems, due to bad luck. However I got support to fix the issues. The guys takes care and responsibility for their clients.
