As a child in the 1960s and 70s, Roma was my favorite pizza gift. So many loving memories of eating cakes and the reputation of people go up and from Main St. I no longer live in Ephrata, but met my sister for lunch there. I decided to order from Romas, after reading horrible reviews for customer service and time management skills. and the owners pitiful replies to them basically saying they care about the customer, but dont offer to make things right.
