Feedback
Pazzi Restaurant in Elmhurst presents a culinary experience that truly divides diners. While many rave about the exceptional food, particularly the pasta, pizza, and standout Vodka Sauce dish, service inconsistencies have raised concerns. Some patrons encountered long waits and inattentive staff, while others received exemplary service that enhanced their meal. The atmosphere varies with outdoor seating sometimes proving noisy. Nevertheless, the delightful baked clams, creative martinis, and delicious desserts, like tiramisu, contribute to the restaurant's allure. Overall, Pazzi offers a mix of unforgettable flavors and service challenges that could make or break a dining experience.
This was hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was incredibly thin and soggy, it wasn't even cut, and it tasted bland and disappointing. Eating it was like chewing on wet cardboard. While the combination of ricotta and ground beef sounded appealing, it turned out to be more like a lasagna noodle. Even after the manager made a new one without the ricotta, it was just as bad. I genuinely can't understand how anyone would consider this good pizza. Save your money and go elsewhere; I regret giving them a second chance. A complete letdown!
We loved everything about our experience! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was tasty, the ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive. There were a couple of areas for improvement, like the tiramisu being a bit too soggy and lacking strong flavors, as well as the TVs in the dining area, which took away from the upscale vibe of the place. However, considering the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere relative to the price, I still think it's an excellent choice. I particularly enjoyed the caprese salad, pizza, and calamari. I would definitely come back in the future.
I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but my experience last night was simply unacceptable. When I arrived, they told me there would be a 35-minute wait, which was totally fine. However, I ended up waiting for a full hour without any updates. I had to go back inside to ask about my table, and the staff looked completely confused. Once we were finally seated, our waitress only came by to check on us twice and didn’t offer any refills. I will definitely not be coming back to this place—I won't be giving them any more of my money.
