Grill Brothers is a fantastic sandwich place that hits it out of the park. From their gyro to their kotoboukies, the food is delicious and beautifully presented. They use high quality ingredients, and I always make a point to visit when I'm in Thessaloniki. It would be great to see them expand to other neighborhoods, perhaps in a more upscale area.
