Really glad to see Uncle Tetsu open here at Eastvale. Just notice it while heading to Costco. The staff is friendly and cheerful. Tried the Ube and Lychee Rose. The Ube taste better in my opinion. The lychee rose is not bad, but honestly I can only taste the rose, lychee not so much. Parking is not an issue. There is also a rewards card, where you buy 9 cheesecakes and the 10th free.
