We eat at The Thistle probably once or twice a year. Normally I would say it’s decent pub grub at very reasonable prices. Now I would say after dining there, it’s OK pub grub at quite expensive prices, not really value for money. The staff are friendly and competent but the pricing has changed our opinion on the place.
