This must be the only restaurant in North America that won’t provide a free glass of water. Even after buying wine, they point blank refused a glass of water. In most of the world, it’s illegal for businesses selling alcohol not to provide free water, but not here apparently. As for service, don’t bother complaining because there isn’t any.
