This is one of the best pizza restaurants in the country, right up there with Pepe's (the original, as the franchise locations can be quite disappointing) and Modern. Although it's located in the valley and not in downtown New Haven, many food critics overlook it despite having some of the finest pizza around. First time ordering from this place today 4/5 and the girl who picked up the phone was VERY rude. Told me it’s going to take 1.5 hours for a pizza and salad? Then she quickly hung up on me. I was very tempted to call back and cancel my order so I can go somewhere else where I know they deserve my service. Probably consider retraining her or replacing her.
