We went into the drive through and the girl taking our order (Hannah) was extremely rude. We asked for mac n cheese and also with a side of fries and didn’t get our fries. When we got our Mac n cheese it was completely burnt and the sandwich had a hair that was none of ours. I even tried to call this chick fil a and no one even picked up. Absolutely disappointing and disgusted with the service of staff and the food. View all feedback.
