I was hesitant to visit this restaurant because of the negative reviews, but most of them seemed to be from people who were upset about long waits, which was not an issue for us. The service was friendly and the food was fresh. The only downside was that our server was occasionally busy, but I understand that she was multitasking. Typically a great experience, but the last time we ordered online was disappointing. Our subs were incorrect, receiving a tuna sub instead of turkey. We requested extra sauce but barely got any, and the sub was dry in parts. They also used too much mayo, which was difficult to bite into. Hoping it was just an off day or due to new staff, we will give them another chance but are cautious. View all feedback.
