After I first met WildEdges offers at a bar in Telluride, I was antsy to make the trek to Cortez to taste more of what they brewed. The taproom is quiet, relaxed and full of mountain scenery/pictures. The small terrace outside offers more seats in an unspoiled environment, something reminiscent of a city café. They removed the turkey club from the menu, which was the only thing we ate there. Fantastic sandwich...while it lasted. (We cant get anything else because its all chicken. My mother is *deathly* allergic to chicken. We only go there to get the amazing kolsh for my father. View all feedback.
