What User likes about Papasan's Vietnamese:
my man and I came here before our cruise. we have many Vietnamese places in new york, so we have high standards. we ordered the spring roll tofu beung, tofu textur was excellent, I don't understand why there was an early roll there - they were a bit muddy as soon as they added the sauce. the taste was good. all in all not what I am used to, but also delicious in it. I am writing my first review and if possible, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The food was extremely bad, in fact the worst I have ever had. We tried to eat it but couldn't. The broth tasted like tap water and the shrimp in our pho was brown and inedible. We ended up paying over $90 for 3 phos, a stir fry, and 1 drink.
