Probably the best BBQ I’ve had in Texas. Truly a hidden jem tucked away in Cibolo. The brisket was amazing, the sausage even better. The pricing was very reasonable compared to the amount of food that was put on the tray. 10/10 I highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try. View all feedback.

My usual order is the 1/4 lb brisket (2 or 3 slices, 2 slices bread, pickles, onions) and water. Today the young lady taking my order asked if I 'd like the kids plate which would be the same amount of brisket a side a drink for about the same price.
