I actually come here quite often. But this time around, I was not pleaded. Ordered my 10yo son a beef burger, not until it was nearly half eaten. I noticed that it was raw. I couldn 't believe my eyes. I called a member of staff over and showed them the burger, they was shocked and apologetic. I asked, then asked, does the burgers come fresh or isit frozen?
