Unfortunately, the lobsters were undercooked and they had to go back. My granddaughter had sushi, crab sushi, and there was a piece of shell in the sushi. The calamari was greasy, not crisp. The gluten-free rolls were as hard as bricks. I know they can get better gluten-free rolls. I don't know if they make them in-house or Purchase them or-what but they were horrible.
