The Pilot House has no interest in catering to non-meat eaters. When I asked my server if she had any options without meat, she proudly said No. When I pressed, she volunteered to take the meat out of a salad but then didn 't realise the dressing wasn 't vegan. 15% of Canadians are vegetarian. 8% are vegan.
