We have known Teddy for almost 50 years, his pizza is the best, his calzones are huge and rank best in my book, and the wings are better than any in Cleveland, Ohio! Great job my friend! View all feedback.
My husband called to let them know how disgusting the sandwich was after just the second bite, and the owner responded rudely! He even said, "Oh, when you call, you have to specify a fried chicken parm!" What does that even mean? A chicken parm is typically breaded unless you specifically request a grilled version, and it certainly shouldn’t come from a can! Eventually, the owner called back, claiming he wanted to make things right. He insisted the chicken on the salad was correct because it was grilled—when in fact, it was canned chicken! He did remake the chicken parm, which looked like a chicken tender with cheese and sauce on top, but he didn’t remake the salad! Let's take a look at the pictures because this is a clear example of neglecting how to properly handle food! I’d also like to emphasize that as a business owner, customer service is everything, especially when it comes to food!
I tried Teddy's for the first time, and the pizza was fantastic. Keep up the great work!

My cheese pizza was quick hot and delicious ? And still a great price. Teddy's will always be my favorite outside of NYC.
