The staff here is amazing. They want you to have the best experience possible. If you are gluten free just tell the staff and they will make it easy for you. The quality of the sushi is fresh. I will say I was disappointed that for sashimi you have to pay $0.75 per piece. The Nigiri pieces were very small fish to rice ratio (besides the egg) so that was not worth it at all.
