Each time I've visited, the staff has been friendly, polite, and professional. Most of the time, it's a total rip-off when you consider the price. For $12, you typically get much less than what you would for $9 at Wendy’s or McDonald's. Occasionally, you might receive a decent meal, but that happens less than 25% of the time.
