Usually the food is really good but this time I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was so tough, stringy, and chewy I couldn't eat it. I told the waitress and she didn't seem to care and no apologies. She did offer to have another one made, but the time she had come back to the table the rest of the party was done eating.
