My husband and I went to Samba Loca for dinner on Friday. I wanted a quiet dinner with good food and I knew Samba would deliver. We started with drinks, settling on caipirinhas. They were perfectly made. Our servers were nice and knowledgeable. Brice (we think) was in training. His trainee, whose name I can't recall, made good recommendations. The service was nonexistent throughout the night, especially for a higher-end restaurant. I expected more for a $20 entrée in Carrollton. It's no surprise the place was empty on a Saturday. I’ve had better value and service at Ruby Tuesday. I won’t be returning. View all feedback.
