This was the first time ordering from this location. Terrible experience. They couldn't have messed up my order more. I ordered 2 of The Box which is 2 pieces of chicken. I paid $4.50 extra for the upgrade to breast meat only for 3 of the pieces. That didn't happen. Received 2 pieces that were unrecognizable and the other 2 were thigh at best.
