Visited this Gong Cha location for the first time. I always love their milk tea, especially oolong milk tea with foam is my favorite.This time I tried strawberry smoothly with brûlée. I really did not enjoy the drink, strawberry tasted artificial and it was not flavorful. I came today at 9.30 and they were closed early when the scheduled says they closed at 10. All my family drove there (13 ppl), they also saw me outside, I tried to open the door and they just laughed at me. I'm disappointed because they can just change their schedule on the platform and not make people go out for nothing. View all feedback.

Very loud music, blenders (of course) and silly nasty, dirty covid barriers, difficult to order...
My family really enjoys the bubble tea from Gong Cha. It's always a great experience.
