The service is hit or miss. Sometimes, I get in and out with friendly and fast service. Other times, it takes longer and not as friendly. The parking is terrible. The drive-through is usually the fastest if you can get it the line. You can get stuck because it crosses over the store parking lot or across the actual drive lanes of the mall access.
