Outstanding service!! My family and I got stranded when my truck wouldn’t start and we were towing a camper. The Grace auto team came and towed my truck and camper to their shop. They let us setup our camper so we could have lunch and keep everyone safe during this pandemic. Within 3 hours, they had gotten a new starter and fixed the truck. Not impressed at all!!! I was told they don’t put on used parts and was advised to spend $399 in new parts. Took them forever to get my vehicle and once they had it, it took them over three -four weeks just to look at it. I had to call them constantly to get the bare minimum info and at the end of it all, they told me they couldn’t work on it!!
