With the kids back in school, I decided to celebrate by going to Tango. For my appetizer, I had stuffed veal with boiled eggs and spinach, accompanied by potato salad. It was decent, but a bit bland for my liking, though I’m not a huge fan of veal. For my main course, I ordered a medium-rare skirt steak, which was a generous portion and incredibly flavorful.
