We are regular customers of theirs. Never had issue, always on time and drivers always polite. My only issue was probably on the one occasion we went to order it and do collection I could see on the screen my pizza was ready and between 6 members of staff,two of which were on their phone and lots of chatting between them all it eventually dawned on one of them to look at the screen and check if it was ready.
